- Lubricate the belt with our lubricant oil once a month (or more often with longer, chronic usage) for maintenance
- Keep the walking belt clean and free from dust, liquids, or debris

- Avoid placing the machine directly on thick carpet
- Store indoors in a dry, cool area when not in use
- Ensure you or persons over 265 lbs refrain from using the walking pad

- Attach the safety key magnetically to the yellow circle, and the clip part to your shirt/pants
- Ensure the walking pad is on a flat, stable surface

- Start at a slow speed and gradually increase
- Stay hydrated during use
- Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell
- Consult a doctor or health professional if you are unsure about your suitability for this walking pad

Is it loud?
It produces a low, consistent motor sound similar to light background noise. It’s designed to be quiet enough for home use, ranging from 45-65 db. Lower speeds are quieter, and using our free mat reduces sound, too!
How fast does it go?
It has adjustable speeds ranging from slow walking to a more active pace (1-5 MPH), allowing you to choose what feels comfortable for your routine.

When will I get my order?
She Struts will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible! Processing takes 1-3 days, and shipping takes 3-6 days. Deliveries are 4-9 business days. The free walking mat, however, may arrive earlier!
How do I cancel an order?
We understand our customers may change their mind! You can cancel your order up to 2 hours post-purchase. After 2 hours, we are no longer able to cancel the order. To reduce any cancellation issues, you can email us and we will respond asap!
Do I need to assemble it?
No tools or assembly are needed! Just open the box, plug it in, ensure the safety key is attached to the machine (and you), power on, and start strutting! Super simple and convenient :)
How do I take care of it?
We recommend reading our Care Instructions on this! It is best to avoid using on carpet, unstable surfaces, and wet surfaces. Using a heat-resistant mat underneath and oiling the belt with silicone oil once a month (or more frequently if you use it often) is highly recommended! Please note it comes pre-lubricated upon arrival!
What if something goes wrong?
We are dedicated to providing high-quality walking pads, but if it arrives non-functional or does not arrive, we offer a 30-day refund or replacement. We require a receipt and video and/or photo evidence. We want to ensure your ease of mind when purchasing with us!
Can I use it under a desk?
You absolutely can! Our walking pad is designed for under-desk walking, making it ideal for working, studying, or watching content while staying active!
How do I oil my belt?
It is super easy! Ensure the walking pad is off and unplugged. Use the allen wrench to loosen the left side and right side by turning each counter-clock wise. When the belt looks and feels loose enough to pull up on both sides, add a thin line of silicone oil to each side of surface below the belt. Then tighten by turning both sides with the wrench clockwise. Turn on the machine, and let it run for a few minutes without you on it. That is all it requires! Repeat this once a month or more often if you use it often and for long periods of time.
