Refund policy

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 30-Day Refund Window
We offer 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund, return, or replacement.
After 30 days, we are unable to process refund requests.
2. “Keep It & Refund or Replace” Policy
In certain cases, we may offer a Keep It & Refund or Replacement option, depending on the issue reported and eligibility criteria.
This may apply when:
- The order did not arrive
- The walking pad is completely non-functional
- Customer eligibility criteria are met (as determined by our support team)
We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or partial resolution is most appropriate.
3. Partial Refunds
If the product is received and found to be fully functional, but the customer is unsatisfied for non-defect-related reasons, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Partial refunds may apply in situations such as:
- Minor cosmetic concerns that do not affect performance
- Minor functional issues despite the walking pad being functional
The amount of the partial refund will depend on the condition of the product and circumstances of the request (up to $40 USD). We may request photo and/or video evidence, in addition to receipt/proof of purchase.
4. Full Refunds & Replacements
Full refunds or replacements may be issued if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The product does not function
- The product does not arrive at all
- A verified issue occurs within the warranty period
In some cases, we may request photo or video evidence before approving a claim.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact our support team at contact@shestruts.shop
- Provide your order number and issue details
- Our team will review your request and respond with next steps
We kindly ask that you do not attempt to return a walking pad/mat.
6. Shipping Costs
Due to the weight and size of the walking pad, we do not do returns, which means shipping costs are not involved for refunds. However, there may be shipping costs for replacements that the customer may have to cover.
7. Cancellations
We completely understand that buyers may change their mind about purchasing. That's why we allow you to cancel your order 2 hours post-purchase via email. We are unfortunately unable to cancel after this time slot, but will quickly respond if you have any questions or concerns within that timeframe!
8. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of our policy.
