H.G. it was as the picture. The only thing was a couple plastic pieces were broken off. Didn't affect the use of just plastic corn covers

A.P. This is a great little treadmill. My daughter loves it and is on it all the time. I am using it to walk and the occasional jog. It's quiet. The box came with a hole in it but thankfully no damage to the unit.
