Shipping policy

Processing for the walking pad takes 1-3 days, and shipping takes about 3-6 days, making deliveries 4-9 business days (usually earlier). 

The walking mat takes 1-3 day for processing, and 2-5 days for for shipping, making deliveries 3-8 business days. 

Please note that the walking pad and free mat gift may arrive at different times ***

We use Amazon Logistics/FedEx on all of our orders. 

Please note that shipping delays caused by upsurge in orders, weather changes, supplier/courier logistics, holidays, and out-of-stock instances may occur.
